Students in Ms. A's Chemistry class had the opportunity to be blacksmiths for a few days! Last week's field trips allowed them to put their hammers to the anvil and try out some basic blacksmithing techniques, like hammering, heating, punching, drawing and bending. Shout out to the blacksmith instructors at Arms & Armor Inc. and Myron Hanson & crew at East Eagan Blacksmith Shop for hosting students for this fun, hands-on adventure!
