Dear RPS Families,
While our teams have been planning all summer for this, we definitely need your help finalizing the details for what classes will look like in Richfield this fall.
We are asking each and every one of our families to complete this survey no later than Friday, August 7. Your feedback will provide us with critical information on enrollment, transportation, meals, etc., as well as helpful guidance for learning models and extracurricular activities.
The survey is divided into eight small sections. Only the first section is required and you can skip any section that does not apply to you or your family.
- Basic information (this is the only required section)
- Hybrid & distance learning options
- Transportation options
- Technology & student support
- Extracurricular activities & athletics
- English language services
- Special education services
- Early learning programs
When you start the survey, you will be asked to verify your identity with your child’s birthdate and your child’s first name. Please note that the birthday needs to be entered like the sample shows. For example, if your child's birthday is April 7, 2012, enter the date as 4/7/2012 (do NOT use zeros before the month/day).
Each family will only be able to take the survey one time per child. Because preferences might be different for each child and certain information is essential to help us plan for the coming year, if you have more than one child in RPS we ask that you complete at least the required components of the survey for each child (page one of the survey).
If you are having difficulties accessing or completing the survey (which should take between 15-20 minutes), please email rps-pr@rpsmn.org and we will have one of our outreach workers contact you. Be sure to include your phone number and preferred language.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback and helping to ensure Richfield Public Schools can start classes this fall in a way that best meets the needs of our students and families.
Sincerely,
Superintendent Steven Unowsky
