Additional Information

  • Only Richfield High School and RCEP students can attend prom.
  • Students will need to turn in a Consent Form signed by a parent/guardian no later than Thursday, May 11, by 4 p.m. Students without a Consent Form will not be able to attend prom.
  • Students will be grouped in pods of six. To guarantee the pod, students will need to purchase tickets on the same transaction (i.e. a student collects $25 from their five friends and pays $150 at one time and lists themself and five friends on the same transaction). Students who do not identify their pod at the time of ticket purchase will not be guaranteed to be part of a specific pod; however every effort will be made to accommodate student requests.  Students who identify a pod of less than six students may be combined with other smaller pods.
  • Students within a pod will be seated with one another and be able to interact with one another without social distancing. Students must maintain six feet of social distancing from students who are not in their identified pod.
